How to improve

How to improve

Participants who see the most success in our programs engage in the feedback loop 3-4 times in order to track improvement within each prompt. To set you up for success, we recommend that you follow these steps of the feedback loop:
  1. Record your first video.
  2. Review the results when they are ready, paying special attention to the Top Opportunities
    1. Click on Why did I get these scores? to read specific feedback and access a video example of what to do and exercises to improve
  3. Click on Start Improving to see resources specific to your top 3 opportunities
  4. Interact with the resources listed on each Improvement Area skill and spend 20 minutes completing the exercises associated provided there
  5. Record another attempt on your scenario, staying mindful of the feedback from your results and recommendations
You can do as many iterations of the feedback loop as you like, however we recommend that you wait to review your new scores and practice the exercises before uploading additional videos.
